I started spending time to reply some emails that I might have waited too long to follow up. I started to explain to a friend who preferred to send email to me instead of using facebook comments and private messenger why I tend to procrastinate in replying emails as opposed to responding in Social Media chats like Facebook :
"Dear .....,
Sorry that my email replies tend to be slower in Modern times compared to my Social Media responses. In the past, I would take time to write snail mails before the technology of emails came about and would bring a bulk of letters to the post office to stick stamps on envelopes with hand written names and addresses. From hand written mails, I advanced with printing a well crafted family newsletter where I would hand write a couple of lines of personal messages only. I could find a window of time once only every year end to do this to make sure I could stay connected with my family members and friends spread out in different continents around the world. In short I am better at sending bulk mails out than replying any mail coming to me. When social media technology came in particularly facebook, it really was a breakthrough technology to make it so simple to find friends and also to allow one to keep track of another's life without having to send a mail of words to all the family and friends out there by batch once a year. I like to note that for all the family members I had sent out mails to, only a handful would reply to me and for those who did, it would most likely be the batch mail that they would send to everyone each year too and I would be included in that list.
I guess replying snail mails or even emails seem to require more effort as one may like to respond to what another said or answer a question posed by the sender and that would definitely take more time than just shooting off 'duplicate batch mails' once a year. People like me especially who take time to think and compose what I like to say with the detailedness to make sure especially if I was answering a question that I wish to respond with clear and accurate words as that is all I have to communicate with the other, using only words.

In social media, we have short chats media like comments in facebook, pictures that paint a thousand words and videos that can tell a whole war story of the world in the length of watching a documentary or a longer captivating movie that can even be more entertaining as well as informative compared to reading a book! One can even do this while on the go in a bus or waiting in a long queue by reading or watching on a smart phone. As you may already know, I have no problems writing with detailedness or responding with clear and accurate words where today with technology, I can give a further url or hypertext link which you can click and it will open up another online page to give you more detailed information or better still in video form like when I think in my mind, the lyrics of the Song "Words" by Bee Gees, "It's only words, and words are all I have...", I can refer you to the video by clicking here - https://goo.gl/BTCtMe
Before I do that part of the mail for you, that is to answer the questions you had posed to me in an earlier email, I like to give you another url link here to a Book writer and a Psychologist/Professor in MIT who explains in a video of her book entitled, "Reclaiming Conversation" and talks about the 40% drop in all markers of empathy among college students in the last 10 years. Click here for her talk - https://goo.gl/tmHBnV " End of the first part of my email.
The video in the url link for the song and lyrics of "Words" by Bee Gees can be viewed below:
Hmmm... I guess as explained in the Law of Attraction, you think of something and you begin to notice that thing more often perhaps. But for the first two posts of the Eagle in the Sky from my friend's condo and the Bird in my apartment, it isn't because I was thinking about a bird as it just happened along the busy path that I walk each day, most likely thinking of a myriad of things! I make note of this difference including what I have classified in my Story of 7 posts as the 'miracles' I have observed in my life that occurred without seeing a number 7 at all that primarily starts from here.
