The adventurous route I took to Utah

The interactive video on a personal screen with 60 movie channels to choose from made the long journey to America entertaining!

Touch Down!
After crossing miles and miles of ocean, the plane finally touched down in San Francisco. However, the mountains far away in the background was where I still had to make my way to as the final destination.

I said goodbye to my fellow Malaysian travellers Saiful and Chia Li at the airport who were headed to Portland and made my way to the Car Rentals

A brand new Nissan Mini Van was waiting for me at the parking lot

So I drove off into the sunset

..with the moon to give light and direction in the night

..as I drove till the early morning sunrise

With a pit stop for gasoline.

I continued the journey through the desert terrain

Going up the mountain trail

At last, I reached my destination. The 'Top of the Mountains' in the Salt Lake Valley of the Rockies. I brought the rain clouds with me too from Malaysia as the desert sky is usually clear!

Imagine what I saw, a gigantic double rainbow right across the horizon which I have never ever seen before in my life. What an auspicious sign, I thought to myself

It was a full double rainbow right over the Provo valley with it's left side falling near where the Mormon Temple is located.

Let's take a closer look to the left side of the rainbow.

Could the pot of gold be right there in the rocks?

Ah...that's the Singapore Girl airlines...SIA. Yup, they are the ones with the controversial slogan:

"Singapore Girl, you're a great way to fly."

We have been trying to get ahold of you. Carol and I are anxious in meeting up with you while you are here in Utah. Please call me on my cell phone at 801-450-8123 or at the office 801-431-3800, if I am not in the office please ask for my assistant Melissa to set up a time that we can all get together and go to lunch.

Yes Don, I'm trying to call you this morning but had problems with my phone card (busy network I think)and was about to reply to your earlier email and Carol's when I had notification of your message here as well!

How marvelous technology is! Let's fix for lunch today. I can be at your office by noon time!
